Paul Williams has spent his career on sites where the work gets inspected before anyone gets paid — hospitals, universities, colleges and public buildings across the UK. PWPM brings that standard to homes and businesses in Lancaster and the North West.
02The business
Big-site discipline, brought to local work.
PWPM began on major construction projects — £1m+ contracts for universities, hospitals and colleges, working as part of the supply chain for main contractors including Balfour Beatty, Kier, Willmott Dixon and Vinci.
That work demands things a domestic job often does not: dated programmes, itemised costs, certified trades and paperwork that stands up to inspection. Those habits stuck.
Today Paul Williams runs the same operation for homeowners, landlords and businesses across Lancaster, Morecambe and the Lake District. Kitchens and refurbishments are the bulk of it, and the largest part of that is kitchens.
No job is too big or too small. What does not change is that you get one person accountable for the whole thing, start to finish.

You should know what is happening in your own house.
Building work is disruptive and expensive, and most of the stress comes from not knowing what happens next. So we quote in itemised detail, give you a dated schedule, and tell you when something changes rather than after it has.
We use good materials because replacing cheap ones costs more, and we work with the same trusted trades year after year rather than whoever is free that week.
Whether it is a kitchen or a full refurbishment, you deal with Paul throughout — not a call centre and not a different foreman every fortnight.
